Hi Karen, we’re genuinely sorry to hear you feel you can’t use your tissue, particularly after the care we put into your order and working with you to try to find a solution.
As discussed via email, your main concerns were around the tissue feeling thinner and more transparent than expected, along with the printed colour. The 17gsm lightweight tissue was selected when your order was placed online (we also offer a heavier 28gsm option for customers wanting a thicker tissue). The order was printed using the colour values supplied, and paper weight confirmed with you prior to production.
Throughout the process, we provided complimentary design support via email, multiple design options and double-checked your logo and colour with you before going to print. When you let us know you weren’t happy with the result, we would also have been happy to work through a reprint with adjusted specifications, however we understand that due to your tight timeframe you had already ordered replacement tissue elsewhere.
Following this, we still wanted to find a positive resolution and offered a 50% store credit as a gesture of goodwill, which you accepted.
We’re genuinely disappointed that we weren’t able to leave you feeling happy with your experience, but we appreciate your feedback and wish you and your business all the best.
